Vermiculite Plaster

Vermiculite plasters (Tekrok C & Tekrok S) is a mixture of vermiculite and binding materials, used mainly for insulation in buildings It is non-combustible and can endure high temperatures, making it ideal for fire protection applications like coating steel beams, LPG Tanks Cladding and Fireproofing walls and Ceilings.

Panel Seals

Panel seals utilize high-density mineral and ablative coatings (Intumescent Paint) to close gaps and prevent smoke spread. The ablative batt surrounds services and penetrations, creating a complete barrier. Installed around pipes, conduits, cables, and ductwork in fire-rated walls and floors, they help maintain the building's fire resistance rating (e.g., 1-hour, 2-hour).

Cable Coating

.Ablative cable coating is a protective layer that provides fire resistance and insulation. It chars and burns at high temperatures, forming an insulating barrier to safeguard the cable beneath, enhancing fire resistance and overall safety.

INTUMESCENT PIPE COLLARS

A hinged, two-part metal pipe collar lined with intumescent material which expands in a fire. Features a quick-release pin, opening the unit for fitting around a wide variety of metal or plastic pipes as well as cables. An intumescent collar is either fitted or rebated into ceilings, floors or walls where services pass through.

Joint Sealants & Waterproofing

Sealant is basicly an insulating and grouting material. They can have ±25% movement capability. The flexibility ratio can be further increased as required. It is used for sealing, filling gaps, keeping water and air away from joints, absorbing the natural movements of building materials and increasing aesthetics. Silicone and polyurethane are two popular sealant types. Despite their common characteristics, there are significant differences between them.

Polyurethane sealants has properties such as hardness, adhesion strength, thixotropy and flexibility can be easily manipulated according to need. Its mechanical strength and adhesion strength can be increased to very high levels compared to silicon.

Joints sealants can be applied in:

  • Building Construction (Saw cuts joints, tiling joints, concrete joints, plaster joints etc.)

  • Joints in rigid pavements of airports and concrete roads.

  • Joints in concrete floors

  • Indoor and outdoor applications for pedestrian and traffic areas (petrol station, decks, car parks
